After hiding her alcohol-monitoring bracelet for a week under boots and flared pants, Lindsay Lohan showed off the SCRAM device this weekend.

The actress, 23, had jokingly pleaded with Chanel to help make the device chic, but the photo shows it still has that out-of-the-box look. – Eunice Oh

• Talk about some A-list musical guests! After their concert in London,
the Black Eyed Peas threw a Bacardi-sponsored afterparty at indigoO2 –
and they were joined on stage by Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. The actor performed a duet with will.i.am called "Some Day," from his upcoming movie Knight and Day, while his wife salsa danced with Fergie.
"It was unreal," a source says. "Everyone was going crazy." Later in
the evening, the actors got cozy on the dancefloor. "They were all over
each other," the source says, "giggling and dancing all night."

Matt Lauer and wife Annette
were spotted having a double date at Le Caprice, the restaurant inside
New York's Pierre Hotel. The two couples were deep in conversation
throughout the night, sharing bites of their entrees and enjoying some
wine. According to a source, the Today show host was especially in high spirits.

• After sunning themselves on a daybed and swilling poolside mojitos at Las Vegas's Tao Beach's Memorial Day bash, Mark Ballas had a late-night dinner at Lavo with Ashley Roberts – and the cozy couple wasn't alone. The Dancing with the Stars pro's dad, Corky,
shared the meal with them. After dinner, Corky showed off some tango
moves in the dining room before the three headed over to the nightclub.
Across the way, Forest Whitaker was dining with wife Keisha and a producer friend. The trio was greeted at one point during their meal by Stacy Keibler, who came to say hello.

• Also in Sin City: Jenna Jameson and hubby Tito Ortiz, who were spotted at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, where they took in the UFC afterparty at Vanity nightclub.

Kristen Stewart: Flaunt Fabulous

Kristen Stewart: Flaunt Fabulous

Thrust into the position as one of the most sought after photo opportunities wherever in the world she might be at the time, Kristen Stewart vented about the pressures that come along with being one of the biggest names in Hollywood.
Candidly talking with Gregg La Gambina for Bebe's X Flaunt magazine Issue # 109 (The Fashion Issue), the "Twilight" hottie was fresh off of having a friendly chat with Sean Penn invaded by a surge of paparazzi before the sitdown - which clearly influenced the course of the conversation.
Kristen frustratingly said, “If I could go to work every day and not have to be followed around by f**king fifteen gangsters trying to take my picture, willing to do anything for one… It’s not normal. It’s funny how in America fame is placed so f**king high—above wealth, above happiness, above everything. It’s so not true. And I knew that before [I was famous]. It was so obvious to me. I don’t know how people can’t see that from an outsider’s perspective. My perspective is the same: it’s exactly what I thought it would be.”
As the interview continued on, Kristen was greeted inside of a local eatery by a fan who said his hellos before letting her get back to the interview, of which the Bella Swan babe offered a compliment prior to leading into another pet peeve - the social networking takeover.
"He was nice,” she tells of the betaken fan. “He didn’t ask for a picture. That’s good, because then they go and Twitter them and then the paparazzi know where I am and they drive to my location and it gets crazy. Twitter f**ks me over every day of my life. Because people go, ‘I’m sitting next to Kristen Stewart right now’ and then they show up. I see people on their phones and I just want to take these cookies and throw them. It’s like ‘Get off your f**king phone and get a life!’ I get so mad. It’s like you’re trampling on someone’s life without any regard. And it’s rampant. Everyone can do it now. Buy a camera and you’re paparazzi; get a Twitter account and you’re an informant. It’s so annoying.”
Clearly noting her temper, La Gambina then asked, “Have you ever punched anyone in the face?”
Getting a smile from the usually-serious star, K-Stew laughingly answered, “No! I’ve hit people, but I’ve never clocked someone."

Find Your Best Cut

Find Your Best Cut

We asked stylists Garren and John Barrett to evaluate Hollywood's hottest haircuts. Find the style that suits you best, no matter what your hair type.

Audrey Tatou
SHORT
THE LOOK: Short hair is chic again. The look is layered and precise, and it best suits those with fine locks, who get a boost of volume by taking the length up. "No matter what your age, short works best on someone confident who doesn't use her hair for feminine gestures," says Garren. So if you like to twist your tresses, don't chop them off.

Audrey Tatou

Victoria Beckham
WEARING IT WELL: "Short hair can't be common," says Garren. It needs some angles and edge or you'll wind up looking like a soccer mom. Styles that are longer on top, like Victoria Beckham's fashion-forward cut, are more versatile.

Selma Blair
The angles in Selma Blair's hair make it edgy...

Michelle Williams
...while Michelle Williams's cut is feathered and soft.

Renée Zellweger
STYLING SECRETS: "Cropped cuts have the potential to look masculine, but layering and feathering around the face look more feminine," says Barrett. The longer the layers, the more you can change your look. "Victoria Beckham can wear her hair down on her face or pull it back with a headband and look really different," says Garren.

Ellen Barkin
WEARING IT WELL: "Both Diane Sawyer and Ellen Barkin have really sleek, structured, face-framing cuts that fall just below the chin but without any sharp edges," notes Garren.

Kirsten Dunst
When blow-drying, do your bangs or shortest layer first, then use a flatiron. "If the hair around your face starts to frizz, it adds years to your look," says Barrett.

Nicole Richie
"I love the flatness of Nicole's bangs and the way they frame her face," he notes.

Jennifer Aniston
LONG
THE LOOK: "Women with long hair often consider it very much a part of their being, and many of them keep it so they can change their look easily," says Garren. "It can be sexier and more feminine than shorter styles," he notes. So who shouldn't wear long hair? If your features are thin and long or you're over 60, you'll probably look better with a shorter style. "Bringing the length up will lift your features and give your face more dimension," Garren explains.

Sarah Jessica Parker
Sarah Jessica Parker, who has curly locks, is also really suited to long hair. "If she were to make it short, I think she would lose some of her softness," says Barrett.

Jennifer Lopez
STYLING SECRETS: For women like Beyoncé Knowles and Jennifer Lopez, whose shortest layers fall about an inch below their cheekbones, the length allows them to change their style to suit the occasion.

Beyoncé Knowles
"Beyoncé's hair is great because it has so much natural texture but can easily be blown out smooth and straight," says Barrett. The stylists agree that it's crucial to carefully maintain long tresses. Women who look great with long hair are those who keep it in perfect condition.
