We’ve come a long way in terms of making fashion accessible so it’s only fitting that J. Crew would present their Spring 2012 collection, for the first time, at Lincoln Center. In a nod to the retailer’s influence, Beyonce attended the presentation with her sister Solange along
with a slew of glossy editors. While the collection didn’t include
anything groundbreaking it was brimming with the kind of wide-appealing,
closet staples that head of women’s design

lest Beyonce be the only one in sequins, there was a bright yellow
sequin top as well.
